Ray has been coaching for over a year and is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer. He got his start at CrossFit Downriver learning basics and quickly became engulfed in the CrossFit culture and style of training. He has been a coach for almost 2 years and offers a fresh approach to the daily regimen in the form of fitness from a lifestyle point of view.
Ray is a seasoned rock climber and is readily able to add realtime functionality to CrossFit programing. His most recent super human feat was attempting to break The Guiness Book of World Records for the most pull-ups in 24 hours. He got to an impressive 2001! While he fell short of his goal, this certainly won’t be the last we see of this challenge. Next up, he is going to tackle the Ninja Warrior auditions!
